Refund policy
We accept returns on items that sizing may not be perfect for you as well as defective items that may have flaws that were missed or not stated in the description of the item. Please refer below for further detail as we do not accept returns purely for change of mind or for orders that fall outside the return window e.g, returns can not be processed for an order that was delivered 2 months ago etc.
As items contain recommended size, any major flaws and the option of you the seller to contact us directly to retrieve measurements/ any other descriptions needed, we do not accept change of mind returns/ refunds at this point in time. We will refund a defective item that has a major flaw (minor stains, wear and tear or fading are not included and are common/expected in vintage items) that was missed by human error and thus not present in the item description and or photos. It is up to our discretion what is considered a major flaw and a minor flaw. Sale items and rugs are also final sale items that are not eligible for returns unless they have a major defect meeting the conditions above.
In the unlikely event this occurs, the item must be returned to us in the same state it was sent within 14 days of the date it was delivered to you the customer. It is the customers responsibility to ship and cover shipping cost of returning an item. Only then and meeting the above mentioned conditions, will a refund be completed. This is our current policy and may be changed at any time at our discretion.
